Detailed quote for window sills

A few weeks ago I had a successful site survey and meeting with Andy from Heritage Stone Masons. We discussed the window sill repairs and some maintenance concerns, along with other small jobs that could be undertaken and the same time.

We have now received a detailed quote from Heritage which breaks down the works and costings. This is not a final cost as it does not include project management and administration fees. Due to the fact the quote is based on a survey from 2023, which did not access all flats and may be incomplete, more work may also come to light. Please see the quote below.

A project manager who can liaise between the community and builder would be required. I have started a conversation with a local architect about this, if any residents have expertise in project management or suggestions please put your ideas forward using the contact form.
