QPC Homes

QPC Homes is a group of owner-occupiers working to ensure that the value of our homes is protected by researching and providing solutions for repairs, maintenance and upgrades.

It was set up by Robin (Flat 25) who has a background in Architecture and is owner of Hearth Energy – Clean Heating and Plumbing and Rory (Flat 28) a senior mechanical engineer working with wave power.

We won a grant for owners to come together and plan upgrades to our shared building. Our first meeting was the “We’re QPC proud” meeting which was held with owners to discuss the proposed work on the window sills. Since then our name has changed to QPC Homes and we invite you to join us.
